WORKS provides on-site services for all makes, models, street, race, and rally vehicles. Everything from routine maintenance to custom fabrication can be done in house.
We are conveniently located on-site at Sonoma Raceway/Sears Point, which is 30 minutes North of San Francisco, 15 minutes West of Vallejo or 10 minues east of Novato. Almost every employee is an active member of the National Auto Sport Association, and our technicians treat every vehicle better than their own.
Our facility utilizes factory service manuals, training videos and factory specialized tools. State of the art equipment includes the Hunter alignment rack, Mitsubishi MUT-II and MUT-III diagnostic computers, fabrication tools, shock dynamometer, and Hofmann tire mounter and balancer. We stock many OEM parts (new and used), OEM fluids, Redline, Royal Purple, and Motul. We also provide a wide variety of performance products including Ohlins, MoTeC, Endless, Cosworth, Sachs and more.
Another unique service that WORKS offers while your car is being worked on: something to do! We are 100 yards from the Jim Russell International Karting Center. Spend the day doing laps with one of their instructed courses. Or drive on the big track with the Jim Russell Lancer Evolution Experience. Check the Sonoma Raceway Schedule to see what events are taking place when you are scheduling an appointment for your car.
Dyno Tuning and Rental:
Our Dynapack 4-wheel Chassis Dynamometer is the most precise and safest way to measure your car’s power and torque. On a conventional roller dyno there are many factors that can detract from accurate results like tire slippage, rolling resistance, and even the chance of a high-horsepower car coming off the dyno! The Dynapack bolts straight up to your vehicle’s wheel hubs, removing these variables. We have had vehicles in excess of 900 horsepower on our dyno. And because of the unique Dynapack design there is no need to tie down the car.
Custom dyno tuning is available for $199/hour.
The dyno is also available for rent with a 2 hour minimum:
2 Hours $300, plus $100 if you need an on-call operator (not tuner)
4 Hours $500, plus $200 with on-call operator
8 Hours (full day) $900, plus $400 with on-call operator
Read more about the features and benefits of Dynapack Chassis Dynamometers on the Features and Benefits page on their web site.
We are open Monday-Friday from 9-6pm and Saturday by appointment or on NASA weekends.
