Part-time Technician / Mechanic
WORKS Technician must have the following:
- 2+ years automotive experience with Japanese and/or German cars
- Able to perform everything from routine service to high performance installations
- A comprehensive set of tools
- Be reliable, punctual and willing to give 110%
- Neat appearance at all times
- Keep a clean and organized work environment
- Professional demeanor
- Team player attitude
- Open-minded with the ability to listen and communicate
- Able to complete and edit Service Orders in a timely, accurate manner
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Adaptable to a variety of situations
- Detail oriented
- Good driving record
- Fabrication experience with lathe, mill, TIG and/or MIG welding a plus (not necessary)
- Engine, transmission and differential rebuilding a plus (not necessary)
Sales - Experienced sales representative
WORKS Sales Team Member must have the following:
- 5+ years of retail and/or wholesale sales experience
- BA or BS degree
- Knowledge of automotive aftermarket industry
- Marketing experience or background a plus
- Desire to learn and grow professionally in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficient computer skills with Windows based MS Office, QuickBooks, etc..
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
- Excellent organizational skills
- Neat appearance at all times
- Professional demeanor
- Able to speak, read, and write Japanese or German a plus (not necessary)
Marketing - Marketing Intern
WORKS Marketing Team Member must have the following:
- In school or recently graduated
- Intimate knowledge of automotive aftermarket performance industry
- Desire to learn and grow professionally in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficient computer skills with Windows or Mac
- Proficient with photography and/or videography
- Excellent online communication skills
- Up-to-date with social networking sites
- Excellent organizational skills
- Neat appearance at all times
- Professional demeanor
- Website design or programming experience a plus
- Able to speak, read, and write Japanese or German a plus (not necessary)
