Technician - Journeyman Mechanic
WORKS Technician must have the following:
- 5+ years experience- race car experience a plus
- Able to perform routine service and performance installations
- Fabrication experience for street and/or racing applications
- Own a complete set of tools
- Be reliable, punctual and willing to give 110% when called upon
- Neat appearance at all times
- Keep a clean and organized work environment
- Professional demeanor
- Team player attitude
- Open-minded with the ability to listen and communicate
- Able to complete and edit Work Orders in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting skills
- Fabrication skills with lathe, mill, TIG and MIG welding
- Engine, transmission and differential rebuilding a plus
- Shock rebuilding and testing a plus
- Able to speak, read and write Japanese or German a plus
Sales - Entry Level - Inside
WORKS Sales Team Members must have the following:
- A passion for everything automotive
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
- Great attitude and willing to help other areas of the organization
- Computer use - QuickBooks, MS Office, etc...
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Neat appearance at all times
- Professional demeanor
- Able to speak, read, and write Japanese or German a plus
- As an entry level position, compensation is dependent on prior work history
and will be determined through the interview process
Purchasing - Entry Level - Inside
WORKS Purchasing Team Members must have the following:
- A passion for everything automotive
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
